The core of the design of the stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump is to completely isolate the drive mechanism from the conveying medium to ensure that the high-cleanliness fluid is not contaminated during the conveying process, while reducing the risk of particle deposition and bacterial growth. The welded structure eliminates the dead corners caused by traditional connection methods, improves system integrity, and adapts to the stringent CIP/SIP cleaning requirements. Its flexible diaphragm avoids the leakage risks caused by mechanical seals, making it perform better in a sterile environment. In addition, the pump can stably convey high-viscosity, shear-degradable fluids, such as active ingredients in biopharmaceuticals and dairy products in the food industry, to ensure that product quality is not damaged.
Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump is based on the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm. The diaphragm is pushed to change periodically in the pump chamber by an external driving force (such as air pressure or motor) to achieve the suction and discharge of the fluid. First, the driving end applies pressure to move the diaphragm to one side, forming a negative pressure, the suction port check valve opens, and the fluid is sucked into the pump chamber. When the diaphragm reaches the maximum stroke, the driving end changes direction, the diaphragm pushes back, and a positive pressure is generated in the pump chamber. The suction port check valve is closed, the discharge port check valve opens, and the fluid is squeezed out.
The options of the stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump include:
Drive mode: pneumatic, electric.
Diaphragm material: PTFE, EPDM, silicone, etc., to adapt to different media.
Connection mode: quick installation (quick installation), flange, welding.
Valve type: ball valve, flap valve, to adapt to different fluid characteristics.
Control system: manual, automatic, intelligent control (PLC compatible).
Installation method: horizontal, vertical, can be adjusted according to the pipeline layout.
Surface treatment: polishing and mirror treatment to improve hygiene level.

Features
● The stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump adopts laser or automatic orbital welding technology to ensure that there is no weld depression or seam gap inside the pump cavity, ensuring absolutely zero dead angle, avoiding fluid retention, and reducing the difficulty of cleaning.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump optimizes the thickness and geometry of the diaphragm material to make the diaphragm produce a more uniform force distribution during reciprocating motion and reduce the fluid pulse effect.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump adopts an intelligent drive air chamber adjustment system, which can adjust the air intake according to the actual working pressure, reduce energy consumption and optimize the stroke speed, making the pump run more smoothly.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump forms a unique diversion channel in the pump cavity through internal fluid dynamics optimization, effectively eliminating bubble retention and preventing cavitation.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump adopts a multi-layer composite diaphragm design, with chemical-resistant PTFE as the inner layer and highly flexible EPDM as the outer layer, ensuring wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance while having extremely strong elastic recovery ability.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pump is designed with a vacuum-assisted drainage port at the bottom of the pump chamber, which uses the negative pressure effect to completely drain the residual liquid and ensure that there is no liquid retention during the CIP/SIP cleaning process.
Application
Stainless steel sanitary welded diaphragm pumps are widely used in the following industries: Food industry: conveying fluids with high sanitation requirements such as juice, dairy products, and condiments. Pharmaceutical industry: conveying liquid medicines and APIs to ensure no pollution. Beverage industry: used for conveying sanitary fluids such as beer and carbonated beverages. Cosmetics industry: conveying high-cleanliness raw materials such as emulsions and essences. Chemical industry: handling corrosive media such as acid and alkali solutions. Bioengineering: conveying sterile fluids such as culture media and biological agents. Water treatment industry: used for conveying and filtering pure water and ultrapure water. Dairy industry: conveying perishable liquids such as milk and yogurt.
