Stainless Steel Sanitary Butt Weld Double Diaphragm Pump
The stainless steel sanitary double diaphragm pump is designed to improve the stability and accuracy of fluid delivery, especially for process environments that require no pollution and no damage. The alternating operation of the two diaphragms reduces the burden of a single diaphragm, effectively avoiding the pressure fluctuations and pulse effects that may occur in conventional pumps, making fluid delivery more stable and adapting to high-viscosity and shear-sensitive materials. In addition, the double diaphragm design enhances the fault tolerance of the pump, and will not immediately affect the conveying process in the event of a fault, avoiding the risk of downtime. Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary double diaphragm pump relies on the alternating movement of two diaphragms to achieve fluid suction and discharge. First, the driving air source (such as compressed air or a motor) pushes the first diaphragm to move to one side, a negative pressure is formed in the pump chamber, the suction port check valve opens, and the fluid is sucked in. When the first diaphragm moves to the maximum stroke, the air source is switched, and the second diaphragm starts to work, pushing the first diaphragm to move in the opposite direction. With the reverse push of the second diaphragm, a positive pressure is generated in the pump chamber, the suction port check valve is closed, the discharge port check valve is opened, and the fluid is forced to be discharged. The two diaphragms work alternately to ensure continuous and stable fluid delivery.
