Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary welded duckbill butterfly valve is to control the on-off or flow regulation of pipeline media by rotating the valve plate. The specific steps are as follows: When the valve is closed, the valve plate (butterfly plate) rotates 90° under the drive of the drive device (manual, pneumatic or electric), and fits tightly with the duckbill elastic valve seat to form a dead angle seal and block the flow of the medium; when the valve is opened, the valve plate rotates with the valve stem to a position parallel to the pipeline, allowing the medium to pass smoothly. Its specially designed duckbill valve seat can adaptively deform when under pressure to enhance sealing, which is especially suitable for fluid control with high cleanliness requirements.
