Stainless Steel Sanitary Pressure Relief Union Full-open Safety Valve
The stainless steel sanitary quick-connect full-lift pressure relief valve is designed for high-purity industries like food, pharma, and biotech. It opens fully at set pressure to quickly release excess pressure, protecting equipment. The quick-connect design allows easy installation and CIP/SIP cleaning, with a smooth 316L finish for hygienic applications.
Working Principles
This valve operates by balancing spring and system pressure. Below the set point, the spring keeps the disc sealed. When pressure exceeds the set value, the disc fully opens to release excess pressure. Once normal pressure returns, the disc recloses. The quick-connect design allows easy maintenance and supports CIP/SIP cleaning.
