Stainless Steel Sanitary Threaded Angle Filters For The Electronics Industry
The stainless steel sanitary angle filter is designed to solve the problem of fluid purification in high-clean industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. Its core lies in completely eliminating the risk of microbial growth through 316L stainless steel mirror polishing (Ra≤0.4μm) and fully welded dead-angle-free structure to meet GMP/FDA sterility requirements. The unique angle design achieves a large filtration area (20-200 mesh optional) in a limited space, reduces pressure loss to below 0.2 bar, and is suitable for high-viscosity media such as liquid medicine and culture medium. The quick-open clamp structure and modular filter support 10-minute quick maintenance, are compatible with CIP/SIP online sterilization (resistant to 150°C), and significantly improve production efficiency. This design simultaneously optimizes space utilization and filtration efficiency, and provides an integrated filtration solution of "zero pollution + easy maintenance" for aseptic processes such as biological preparations and dairy products.
Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary angle filter is based on the physical filtration process. First, after the fluid enters the filter, it contacts the filter screen inside the filter through the pipeline. The filter screen is usually made of stainless steel material and has a certain pore size, which can effectively intercept particulate matter or impurities in the pipeline. As the fluid continues to flow, impurities are captured on the surface of the filter screen, and clean fluid flows out through the filter screen. When the impurities inside the filter accumulate to a certain extent, the flow rate of the fluid will be affected, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference of the filter. At this time, it is usually necessary to clean the filter screen to ensure the filtration effect.
The options for stainless steel sanitary angle filters include:
Filter material: stainless steel wire mesh, perforated plate, etc.
Filter accuracy: select filters with different apertures according to needs.
Connection method: clamp connection, threaded connection, flange connection, etc.
Cleaning method: manual cleaning or automatic cleaning.
Installation direction: horizontal or vertical installation.
Filter element type: single-mesh filter element or multi-mesh filter element.
Valve configuration: with drain valve or without drain valve.

Features
● The stainless steel sanitary angle filter uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation to optimize the flow channel cross-section, so that the fluid forms a controllable vortex at the 30° angle, which improves the impurity stripping efficiency by 20%.
● The stainless steel sanitary angle filter uses a 3D printed gradient pore structure. The surface 100μm macropores intercept coarse particles, and the deep 50μm micropores adsorb fine particles.
● The stainless steel sanitary angle filter vapor deposits a tungsten carbide nano-coating (thickness ≤5μm) on the 316L substrate, and the contact angle is greater than 120°, so that high-viscosity materials (such as syrup) cannot adhere.
● The stainless steel sanitary angle filter uses rare earth magnetic locking instead of thread structure to fix the filter mesh. It can be disassembled and assembled with one hand to avoid metal particle contamination caused by thread wear.
● The stainless steel sanitary angle filter integrates a piezoelectric ceramic vibrator (frequency 20kHz), which continuously excites the filter mesh micro-vibration during filtration, making it impossible for particles to stably adhere, and the flux retention rate is increased by 40%.
● The stainless steel sanitary angle filter has a reserved plasma generator interface, which can be introduced into low-temperature hydrogen-oxygen plasma (<50℃) after CIP, killing biofilm within 5 minutes, replacing the traditional high-temperature SIP.
Application
Stainless steel sanitary angle filters are widely used in the following industries: Food and beverage industry: used to filter liquids and gases to ensure product hygiene and quality. Pharmaceutical industry: ensure the purity of raw liquids to prevent impurities from affecting the quality of drugs. Chemical industry: used for fluid filtration of chemicals to ensure the stability of the production process. Water treatment industry: filter impurities in water to ensure that water quality meets standards. Biopharmaceutical industry: filter biological products to ensure hygiene requirements in the pharmaceutical process. Drinking water treatment: remove particulate matter in water to ensure drinking water quality. Electronics industry: filter coolants and gases to ensure stable operation of equipment.
