Working Principles
During operation, the Automatic Peanut Butter Grinding and Processing Colloid Mill uses a motor to drive a high-speed rotating rotor, with material entering the grinding chamber through the feed inlet. The tiny gap between the rotor and the stator generates intense shearing, friction, and extrusion, rapidly pulverizing, emulsifying, and homogenizing the peanuts and auxiliary materials. The material repeatedly passes through the gap between the grinding discs in a continuous cycle, gradually refining and evenly distributing the particles to create a smooth, consistent peanut butter. The fineness of the finished product can be controlled by adjusting the grinding disc gap and rotation speed, enabling fully automated continuous production, improving efficiency, and reducing manual operation.
