Stainless steel corrosion-resistant manual welded steam angle seat valve
Stainless Steel Steam Valve Manual Welding Angle Seat Valve is a manually operated valve designed for steam control in welded piping systems. Its angle seat structure ensures smooth flow and reliable sealing, while the welded ends provide strong, leak-free installation for high-temperature industrial applications.
Working Principles
The working principle of a Stainless Steel Steam Valve Manual Welding Angle Seat Valve relies on manual mechanical movement to regulate steam flow through an angled seat passage. When the operator turns the handwheel, the threaded stem moves upward, lifting the valve plug from the seat and opening the flow channel for steam to pass. The angle seat structure guides the steam smoothly, reducing turbulence and pressure loss during operation. To stop the flow, the handwheel is rotated in the opposite direction, forcing the plug tightly onto the seat to achieve reliable sealing. The welded end connection creates a rigid, permanent joint with the pipeline, ensuring stable performance, leak prevention, and safe operation in high-temperature steam systems
