Working Principles

This dual pneumatic actuator hygienic butterfly valve operates by using compressed air to drive its two side-mounted actuators, which in turn rotate the central disc via a through-shaft. When the disc is parallel to the flow direction, the valve opens fully to allow maximum material passage; when perpendicular, it closes tightly to form a secure seal. The dual actuators enable independent or synchronized control, allowing the disc to be positioned at any angle between 0° and 90° for precise flow metering and dosing, while the polished stainless steel construction ensures reliable sealing and compliance with strict hygiene standards in pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical processing.
