Stainless Steel Hygienic Electric Thread Gear Rotor Pump with Motor
The stainless steel sanitary rotor pump is designed to meet high hygiene standards and safely and stably transport viscous or particulate liquids. It uses a unique rotor structure to generate suction and pressure changes to achieve smooth liquid delivery without shearing or damaging the fluid. The pump is designed for industries where no physical damage is desired during the flow of liquid, especially in the fields of food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. By preventing contamination and damage to the material, it ensures the purity and high quality of the product while maintaining high efficiency in the delivery of high-viscosity fluids.
Working Principles
The working principle of stainless steel sanitary rotor pump is based on the interaction between the rotor and the static housing in the pump cavity. When the pump is started, two or more rotors mesh with each other in the pump cavity, driving the fluid into the pump body. The fluid is first sucked into the gap between the rotors, and the rotors compress and push the fluid to the discharge port by rotating. Due to the rotation of the rotors, the liquid is not subjected to shear force in the pump cavity, thereby protecting the integrity of viscous and particulate materials. Using stainless steel sanitary rotor pumps can avoid damage to the material due to shear, and is particularly suitable for applications requiring low shear force.
The options of stainless steel sanitary rotor pumps include:
Pump body material: optional 304, 316L stainless steel.
Seal type: mechanical seal or packing seal.
Rotor type: single rotor, dual rotor, multi-rotor.
Flow control device: manual or automatic flow control.
Drive mode: electric, pneumatic drive.
Inlet and outlet connection method: welding, threaded, flange connection.

Features
● The rotor design of the stainless steel sanitary rotor pump makes the liquid almost unaffected by shear force when flowing in the pump cavity.
● The stainless steel sanitary rotor pump has a strong self-priming ability and can suck the liquid from a level below the pump body without external drainage.
● The stainless steel sanitary rotor pump can provide a very stable flow output through the precision-designed rotor and pump cavity, and the rotor pump can smoothly transmit even high-viscosity liquids.
● The modular design of the stainless steel sanitary rotor pump allows the pump body and other components to be replaced or upgraded independently as needed.
● The stainless steel sanitary rotor pump is usually made of highly wear-resistant stainless steel, and some rotors are even made of ceramic or special alloy materials to extend the service life and reduce wear.
● The stainless steel sanitary rotor pump is specially designed with noise issues in mind, and uses shock absorption and noise control technology to make the pump run more smoothly and quietly.
Application
Stainless steel sanitary rotor pumps are widely used in the following industries: Food industry: used to transport viscous fluids such as syrups, juices, and dairy products. Pharmaceutical industry: used to transport sensitive fluids such as drug solutions and sauces. Cosmetic industry: used to accurately transport skin care products, creams and other products. Chemical industry: used to transport chemicals, resins, paints and other high-viscosity substances. Beverage industry: used for stable delivery of liquids such as juices and beverages. Dairy industry: used for pumping and flow control of emulsions, yogurt, etc. Petroleum industry: used for conveying highly viscous liquids such as petroleum and lubricating oil.
