Working Principles


Compressed air is supplied to the dual pneumatic actuators, which drive the rotation of the central valve disc through a shared shaft. By adjusting the air pressure to each actuator, the disc can be positioned at any angle between 0° and 90°, enabling precise flow regulation. When the disc aligns parallel to the pipeline, the valve opens fully for maximum material flow; when perpendicular, it creates a tight seal against the valve seat for reliable shut-off. The dual actuator design allows for synchronized or independent control, ensuring accurate dosing and consistent performance in hygienic processing environments.
