Stainless Steel Sanitary Mini Threaded Safety Relief Valve
The stainless steel sanitary cryogenic safety vacuum relief valve is a precision safety valve designed for low-temperature systems. It protects vessels and pipelines from excessive vacuum by automatically admitting air or gas, while maintaining hygienic standards and reliable sealing performance under cryogenic operating conditions
Working Principles
The stainless steel sanitary cryogenic safety vacuum relief valve operates by responding automatically to negative pressure conditions within a closed system. When internal pressure drops below a preset vacuum level, the valve disc is lifted by external atmospheric pressure, allowing sterile air or inert gas to enter and equalize the pressure. As pressure returns to a safe range, the disc reseats smoothly, restoring a tight seal to prevent contamination. The valve is engineered with cryogenic-grade materials that maintain flexibility and strength at extremely low temperatures, ensuring stable performance without freezing or leakage. Its sanitary design minimizes dead zones, enabling safe operation in hygienic and low-temperature processing environments
