Stainless Steel Sanitary Food Grade Small Head And Corner Filter
The stainless steel sanitary head angle filter is designed to solve the problems of uneven fluid distribution and low filtration efficiency in traditional filters in piping systems. Through the unique large and angular structure, it can adjust the flow direction of the fluid, making the fluid more uniform when passing through the filter, avoiding impurities accumulation and filtration efficiency due to excessive or low flow rate. Its design is not only suitable for high-flow pipeline systems, but also can effectively improve the cleanliness and reliability of the system and reduce the breeding of pollutants. In addition, it also takes into account the high-temperature and high-pressure working environment, and enhances the overall economic and maintenance convenience of the system by enhancing corrosion resistance and extending its service life.
Working Principles
The working principle of stainless steel sanitary head and angle filter is based on the effective filtering of the fluid when it passes through the pipes of large head and angle design. First, when the fluid enters the filter, the flow rate and flow rate are adjusted through the large and small head portion of the pipe, and the fluid enters the angular design filter area. Next, the filter or filter element in the filter filter filters out the solid impurities and particulate matter in the fluid. Because the filter adopts an angle design, the flow direction of the fluid is optimized when passing through the filter, ensuring filtration efficiency and uniform distribution. The filtered cleaning fluid then flows through the outlet into the downstream piping system.

Features
● The stainless steel sanitary large and small head angle filter chamber adopts a spiral involute design, forming a controllable centrifugal force field in the transition zone of the small and small heads, so that impurity particles gather towards the filter along a specific trajectory.
● Stainless steel sanitary head-angle filter deposits CdSe/ZnS core-shell quantum dots on the surface of the 316L filter, and accurately monitors the fatigue degree of the filter through fluorescence intensity attenuation.
● The stainless steel sanitary head-angle filter element has a built-in Terfenol-D alloy rod, which generates micron-level mechanical vibration under the applied alternating magnetic field, automatically peels off the surface filter cake, and reduces cleaning energy consumption by 65%.
● Stainless steel sanitary head-angle filters use powder metallurgy to prepare seven-layer gradient filters with a pore size gradient from 50μm to 5μm, which not only ensures high throughput but also achieves deep filtration.
● The stainless steel sanitary head angle filter filter screen is treated with atmospheric pressure plasma to form nano-scale hydroxyl groups, and the water contact angle is reduced to below 5°, which is particularly suitable for filtration of high viscosity biological agents.
● Design a V-rib array at the outlet of stainless steel sanitary head-angle filters. By inducing secondary flow to destroy the boundary layer, the pressure drop is reduced by 18% compared with the traditional structure and the flow rate is increased by 15%.
Application
Stainless steel sanitary head-angle filters are widely used in the following industries: Food industry: used for fluid filtration of beverages, dairy products, beer, etc., to ensure product quality and hygiene and safety. Pharmaceutical industry: During the pharmaceutical production process, filter raw materials or clean pipes to ensure a sterile environment. Chemical Industry: Filter impurities in chemicals or fluids to prevent damage to the equipment. Biotechnology: used for fluid filtration during fermentation, cell culture, etc. to ensure the fluid is pure. Drinking water treatment: used to remove impurities in water treatment systems to ensure that the water quality meets sanitary standards.
