Stainless Steel Sanitary Mirror Polished Welded CPM Valve
The stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve is designed to accurately control pressure fluctuations in the system in a production environment with extremely high hygiene requirements to ensure stable flow of fluids within the specified pressure range. It is not just a simple pressure regulating device, but combines a welding structure to enhance the sealing performance and avoid leakage problems that may be caused by traditional threaded connections. Through its unique constant pressure maintenance function, it can adjust and maintain pressure in the pipeline system in real time to prevent the impact of pressure fluctuations on the production process, such as temperature changes, unstable material flow, etc. In addition, the hygienic design of this valve avoids dirt accumulation and cross-contamination, which is particularly suitable for industries such as food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, ensuring product quality and safety, and meeting strict GMP and hygiene standards.
Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel hygienic welded CPM valve is based on the linkage adjustment mechanism of the spring and the diaphragm to ensure constant pressure in the pipeline system. When the pressure in the pipeline reaches the set value, the valve is in a closed or slightly open state, allowing normal flow. When the pressure rises above the set value, the fluid pushes the diaphragm upward or outward, causing the valve to open and release excess pressure or medium, thereby reducing system pressure and avoiding equipment damage or unstable production caused by excessive pressure in the pipeline. When the pressure drops below the set range, the spring applies a rebound force to return the diaphragm to its position, and the valve gradually closes to prevent low pressure from affecting fluid flow. The entire process is automatically adjusted without manual intervention, ensuring that the system always operates at the set constant pressure.
The options of stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valves include:
Pressure setting range: different pressure levels can be adjusted to meet various process requirements.
Diaphragm material: EPDM, PTFE, silicone, etc. can be selected to adapt to different media.
Valve body polishing level: standard polishing or mirror polishing can be selected to meet high hygiene requirements.
Connection method: welding, quick-fit (quick-fit port) or flange connection can be selected.
Automatic control function: pneumatic or electric control can be selected to achieve remote adjustment.
Flow direction design: straight-through type or angle type can be selected to adapt to different pipeline layouts.
Seal structure: single seal or double seal can be selected to improve sealing and safety.

● The stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve adopts a high-sensitivity diaphragm structure, which can automatically sense tiny pressure changes and adjust the opening in real time.
● The internal flow channel of the stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve is optimized to a low-shear design to reduce the mechanical damage of high-speed fluid to the material.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve adopts an integral welding seamless process to eliminate the sanitary dead corners caused by traditional threaded or spliced connections, ensuring that all fluid contact surfaces are easy to clean.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve adopts a special elastic sealing structure, which can automatically compensate for the seal attenuation caused by pressure changes or wear during long-term operation.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve optimizes the spring tension and diaphragm area, so that the valve can be opened and closed at extremely low pressure changes.
● The stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valve is equipped with an optimized streamlined channel to reduce flow resistance and turbulence and improve fluid passing efficiency.
Application
Stainless steel sanitary welded CPM valves are widely used in the following industries: Food and beverage industry: Accurately control fluid pressure to ensure stable product quality. Dairy processing: low shear transportation to prevent protein denaturation and foam generation. Pharmaceutical industry: Constant pressure delivery of liquid medicine to ensure a sterile environment during the production process. Biotechnology: Maintaining constant pressure to meet the needs of precision fermentation and cell culture. Cosmetic production: Constant pressure delivery of emulsions to prevent stratification or demulsification of ingredients. Beer and brewing: Maintaining the pressure of the fermentation tank to ensure stable flavor and uniform bubbles. Pure water and ultrapure water systems: Preventing backflow contamination and maintaining high water purity.
