Working Principles
The Stainless Steel Sanitary Straight-through Pneumatic Quick-install Ball Valve operates using a pneumatic actuator that rotates a spherical ball with a central bore inside the valve body. When air pressure is applied, the actuator turns the ball 90 degrees, aligning the bore with the pipeline to allow flow or rotating it perpendicular to stop flow. The ball is held between elastomeric seats, ensuring a tight, leak-free seal. Its straight-through design provides minimal pressure drop and smooth media passage. Quick-install connections allow rapid assembly and maintenance without removing the valve, making it suitable for sanitary, food, pharmaceutical, and biotech applications
