Pneumatic butterfly valve is consist of manual butterfly valve and a pneumatic actuator . The valve isconsist of four parts: handle, butterfly disc, sealing ring and valve flange. The pneumatic butterfly valves are mechanical polished as standard, with a smooth surface to ensure cleanliness and no areas to create potential contamination. Quick-operation makes the valve open and maintenance safe and easy, reducing process downtime.

The pneumatic butterfly valve is controlled by compressed air through an aluminum piston or stainless steel piston . The piston controls the disc to work at 90 degree to open or close the valve. Pneumatic actuators can be disassembled and serviced. The pneumatic actuator has large torque and is easy to install and operate.
