These valves are installed in the bottom of the tank ant 45o angle and are useful for uninterrupted and completely draining of the liquid from the tank and ensure there is no residual liquid left in the tank.

These valves are composed of the stainless-steel valve body which helps in establishing connection the with the tank, seat rings which helps in leak prevention, valve disc which is for providing tight seals when seat rings are closed to prevent fluid flow port foe inlet and outlet connection and cleaning port which facilitates SIP and CIP processes. These valve works by providing a clear pathway for the fluid flow cause no retention of the product in the tank.
