The SS304 balanced pressure thermostatic disc steam trap utilizes the temperature and pressure difference between condensate and steam to achieve automatic opening and closing. During initial operation, low-temperature condensate enters the valve body, causing the temperature-sensing element to contract, opening the valve disc and rapidly discharging condensate and non-condensable gases. As the temperature rises and approaches the saturation steam temperature, the temperature-sensing element expands, pushing the valve disc closed and preventing steam leakage. When condensate is generated again and the temperature drops, the valve disc reopens, repeating the cycle to achieve efficient, energy-saving, and stable drainage control.
