The 304 stainless steel food-grade inline electric Wilden diaphragm pump is available in single-acting and double-acting types, with specifications covering a variety of flow rates and pressures. Made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, it features hygiene and safety, corrosion resistance, stable delivery, and easy cleaning and maintenance.

The 304 stainless steel food-grade inline electric Wilden diaphragm pump uses an electric drive mechanism to move the diaphragm in a reciprocating motion, thus achieving liquid transfer. The diaphragm movement causes a change in the pump chamber volume; when the diaphragm moves outward, the pump chamber volume increases, and liquid enters through the suction inlet; when the diaphragm moves inward, the liquid is forced out of the pump outlet. A check valve ensures that the liquid flows in only one direction, preventing backflow and leakage. The diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the drive components, ensuring food-grade safety and hygiene. This pump is suitable for the continuous and stable transfer of slurries, beverages, dairy products, and other food liquids.
