A stainless steel colloid mill or grinding colloid mill is a machine that uses stainless steel parts to break down solid particles or liquid droplets into smaller molecules. The machine is made up of a rotor and a stator, with the rotor spinning at high speeds and forcing a slurry into a cavity formed by the stator. The cones of the mill, which are made of stainless steel or corundum, crush the compounds together, shearing them into smaller pieces. It is applied for wet material super fine crushing in trades such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and others trades, suitable for emulsifying, mixing and crushing all kinds of semi-moist or emulsions materials.
