Who is JoNeng?

JoNeng was established in July 2007, located in Wenzhou, China. Totally 100 nos of workers and the factory Covers 6800m2. We have three manufacturing factories under Joneng enterprise. Jiayuan is especially into elbow, tee, reducer fittings in both sanitary grade and schedule grade ; Lingdong is focusing into ferrule, union, sight glass, butterfly valves which are produced from CNC machines; Ezo is into manhole covers and small tanks.

The products are produced according to SMS, DIN, AS, BS, BPE, JIS,JIS, ISO,ANSI B16.5, ASME and other standards. They also can be customized. Our products have been exported to dozens of countries and regions such as Europe, America, Middle East,Australia,Turkey, Iran,Thailand... more than 100 countries.
Joneng is approved with CE, PED, ISO 9001 quality management system. The products are complied with FDA certificate.

JoNeng always insist in “What we say, What we do”. Our goal is to make a centennial factory.

Strict Quality Inspection

3 PMI machines to inspect the chemical for raw materials, semi finished products and final products to avoid mixing issue. 1 nos of roughness machine to check the surface of the products.
Precise CNC Machining

We get 45 nos of CNC machines for producing the valves and fittings. All of the CNC machines are imported brand with top precise machining for sanitary grade requirement.

Started the Brazil marketing Office.
Successfully developed the intelligent control cap for flow diversion valves.
Started the Middle East Office.
Started with Iranian Office.
Trying for new technology innovation, we applied for national innovation patents.
Quality management system ISO 9001 certificate approved.
Established technical research and development office for stainless steel sanitary ball valves and diaphragm valves.
The first PMI machine purchased to test the materials to make sure the quality is compliant.
Change the name from zhuoneng into joneng valves co.,limited which is an enterprise. Exporting license approved and started to do business with foreigners .
Production of pipe fittings started. Purchased 3 press machines to produce some small sizes of pipe fittings.
The first CNC machines purchased. Started production of butterfly valves and check valves.
Two more hand lathes purchased, and production capacity increased. Started to try for union products for bigger market. Threading issues happened and solved.
Zhuoneng self-employed households started in Sanjia industrial in a very small house around 15m2. Two hand lathes started the small factory. In the first year, because of poor technology and cost control, only ferrules were produced, it was a small plant for auxiliary processing for some other bigger companies.
