Hygienic Sanitary PTFE Lined Electric Double Piston Diaphragm PUMP
Sanitary PTFE-lined electric dual-piston diaphragm pumps are available in single-pump and dual-pump types, with specifications covering various flow rates and pressures. They are made of stainless steel with a PTFE lining and feature corrosion resistance, high-precision delivery, hygiene and safety, high temperature resistance, and easy maintenance.

This sanitary PTFE-lined electric dual-piston diaphragm pump uses a motor to drive two pistons in alternating reciprocating motion, enabling continuous liquid delivery. When the pistons move outward, the pump chamber volume increases, allowing liquid to enter through the suction inlet; when the pistons move inward, the liquid is forced out through the pump outlet. An internal check valve ensures the medium flows in the designated direction, preventing backflow. The PTFE-lined diaphragm effectively isolates the liquid from the metal pump body, providing excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance while ensuring hygiene and safety. This pump is suitable for the precise delivery of corrosive, viscous, or high-value liquids in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
