Miniature precision battery-driven stainless steel diaphragm pumps are available in single-diaphragm and double-diaphragm types, with specifications covering small flow rates and low pressures. They are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel and feature accurate metering, corrosion resistance, hygiene and safety, and flexible operation.

This miniature precision battery-powered stainless steel diaphragm pump uses a battery to power the diaphragm's reciprocating motion, enabling precise liquid delivery. When the diaphragm moves outward, the pump chamber volume increases, allowing liquid to enter the pump body through the suction inlet; when the diaphragm moves inward, the liquid is forced out of the pump outlet. A one-way valve within the pump body controls the liquid flow direction, ensuring the medium flows only in the designated direction and preventing backflow. The diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the drive components, preventing contamination and leakage. This pump is suitable for low-flow, high-precision liquid delivery applications, such as the transfer of chemical reagents, pharmaceutical solutions, and high-value liquid samples.
