STAINLESS STEEL Aluminum Demco Pneumatic Drive Gearbox Butterfly Valve
The butterfly valve is available in normally open and normally closed types, with pressure ratings of PN10–PN16, grooved connection, valve body material of 304/316, reliable sealing, fast response, and is suitable for automatic control pipelines.
Working Principles

The butterfly valve, made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, uses a pneumatic actuator to control the rotation of the valve stem, thus opening and closing pipelines. Compressed air enters the cylinder, pushing the piston, and the torque is amplified by the gearbox, causing the butterfly plate to rotate rapidly to open or close. When closed, the butterfly plate presses against the valve seat to form a seal, preventing media leakage. The eccentric or standard butterfly plate design reduces friction and wear, extending service life. This valve features fast response, allows for remote automatic control, and is suitable for water, gas, steam, and chemical liquid pipelines, especially suitable for large-diameter industrial systems with frequent opening and closing conditions.
