Stainless steel concentric groove PTFE butterfly valves are available in manual, electric, and pneumatic types, sizes DN50–DN600, made of 304 or 316L, featuring PTFE seats, corrosion resistance, tight sealing, compact structure, and easy installation.
Working Principles

The stainless steel concentric groove 316L PTFE butterfly valve operates by rotating a circular disc around the centerline of the valve body through a manual, electric, or pneumatic actuator. When the disc turns parallel to the flow direction, the valve opens and allows the medium to pass with low pressure loss. When the disc rotates to the closed position, it presses evenly against the PTFE seat, creating a reliable seal and preventing leakage. The concentric design ensures uniform contact between the disc and seat, reducing wear and extending service life. The 316L stainless steel body provides excellent corrosion resistance, making the valve suitable for chemical, water, and hygienic process systems.
