The stainless steel vacuum sanitary PTFE SS316L butterfly valve operates by rotating a disc mounted on a central shaft inside the valve body. When the disc is turned parallel to the flow, the valve opens, allowing fluid or gas to pass with minimal resistance. When rotated perpendicular to the flow, the disc presses tightly against the PTFE seat, creating a secure, leak-proof seal suitable for vacuum conditions. Manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators can control the rotation, enabling precise flow regulation or on/off operation. The 316L stainless steel body ensures corrosion resistance and durability, while the PTFE seat provides chemical resistance and hygienic performance, making it ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and clean process pipelines.
