Stainless Steel 0.55kW–22kW pneumatic diaphragm pumps are available in pneumatic and pneumatic-electric types, with various power and flow specifications. They are commonly made of 304 and 316L stainless steel and feature explosion-proof safety, corrosion resistance, stable delivery, and strong adaptability.

The Sanitary Clamp mechanical dual pneumatic 12V diaphragm pump uses compressed air or mechanical drive to alternately reciprocate two diaphragms for liquid transfer. When one diaphragm moves outward, the pump chamber volume increases, and liquid enters through the suction port; when the diaphragm moves inward, the liquid is forced out of the pump outlet. A one-way valve inside the pump body ensures that the liquid flows in the specified direction, preventing backflow or leakage. The diaphragms completely isolate the medium from the drive components, ensuring hygiene, safety, and preventing cross-contamination. The clamping design facilitates quick disassembly and cleaning, making it suitable for hygienic liquid transfer in the food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Low pressure pneumatic operation ensures safe, stable pumping performance, reducing the risk of leakage and making the pump suitable for sensitive and hygienic fluid transfer applications.
Tri-Clamp sanitary connections allow quick installation, easy disassembly, and efficient cleaning, supporting frequent maintenance and compliance with hygienic processing requirements.
Stainless steel pump body provides excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical environments.
Diaphragm-driven structure isolates the fluid from air and moving parts, preventing contamination and enabling reliable handling of low-pressure or delicate media.

The Sanitary Clamp mechanical dual pneumatic 12V diaphragm pump is widely used in the food and beverage industry for the hygienic transport of slurries, juices, and dairy products; in the pharmaceutical industry, it can transport pharmaceutical solutions and intermediates; and in the chemical industry, it is suitable for transporting low-pressure corrosive liquids or fine chemicals, ensuring safety and hygiene.
