This valve has an spring closing force which is adjustable. A handle located on the top allows you to change the opening pressure. A casing made of stainless steel encloses the spring assembly. The acid-resistant valve body is machined and polished to allow for self-draining operation. The valve plug can easily be cleaned thanks to the open yoke system.
Working Principles
This valve works by using a reference pressure which is often set by a adjustable spring mechanism for controlling of valves closing and opening. The valve stopper will raise and release the pressure through the side port when the line pressure reaches the relief valve’s limit. Until the line pressure drops to a value below the predetermined threshold, the valve will stay open.
