Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Thread Transfer Wilden Diaphragm Pump
The stainless steel sanitary diaphragm pump is designed to solve the requirements for accuracy, reliability and pollution-free fluid delivery under high sanitation standards. It uses a diaphragm and pneumatic drive system to prevent fluid from contacting the pump body without using a mechanical seal, avoiding cross contamination, and is suitable for food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary diaphragm pump is to push the diaphragm to reciprocate through the pneumatic drive. The forward and backward movement of the diaphragm generates suction and discharge force, driving the flow of liquid in the pump chamber. During each diaphragm movement, the valve in the pump body opens and closes alternately to control the in and out of the liquid, forming a continuous liquid delivery. This structure ensures the complete isolation of the liquid from the pump body to avoid contamination.
