Stainless Steel Sanitary Adjustable Flow Manual Safety Exhaust Valve
Stainless Steel Sanitary Adjustable Flow Manual Safety Exhaust Valve is a manually operated valve designed to safely release excess pressure in sanitary systems. Its adjustable flow feature allows precise control, while the stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and hygienic operation in various industries
Working Principles

The working principle of a Stainless Steel Sanitary Adjustable Flow Manual Safety Exhaust Valve involves manually controlling the release of excess pressure to protect sanitary systems. Turning the adjustment knob changes the compression on the internal spring, which sets the pressure at which the valve opens. When system pressure exceeds the set value, the spring allows the valve disc to lift, releasing fluid or gas through the exhaust port. Once the pressure drops below the set point, the spring pushes the disc back onto the seat, sealing the system. The stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and hygienic operation, while the adjustable feature allows precise pressure management in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical applications
