These filters use the traditional filtering technology with magnetic field and helps in removing the uninterrupted filtration of the number of impurities like iron fillings, powder and other ferro-magnetic impurities. These magnetic filters are composed of filter housing, magnetic bars, gasket and seals, and connection ports. These removes the impurities from the liquid while ensuring the minimal risk of product contamination.
Working Principles
The working principle is pretty straight forward like the magnetic unit with the magnetic bars is placed in the middle where the product flows. When the product passes through these bars the magnetic field will attract the passing ferromagnetic impurities and purify the product.
