Stainless Steel Sanitary Hygienic Self-priming Water Pump
Sanitary CIP pumps consists of pump cover, impeller, pump body, motor and so on. Pump cover, impeller, pump body and other parts in contact with materials are made of 304/316 stainless steel. The outlet and inlet are sealed by rubber, and the mechanical seal is used on the rotary shaft. At the lower end of the pump inlet, there is a liquid discharge port.
Working Principles
Sanitary CIP pumps，before starting, first in the pump casing filled with water, when turning, the impeller rotation direction should be the same as the marked. After a short running time, by the role of the pump itself, the water can be sucked up，then put into normal operation. When need to release the liquid inside the pump, turn on the liquid port cover, the liquid inside the pump can be released.
