Stainless Steel Sanitary PTFE Welded Angle Seat Valve
The design purpose of the stainless steel sanitary welded angle seat valve is not only to control the opening and closing of fluids, but also to provide a stable, low-resistance, and high-life fluid regulation solution in a high-cleanliness environment. Working Principles
The stainless steel sanitary welded angle seat valve relies on pneumatic or manual drive to control the rise and fall of the valve stem to achieve fluid opening and closing and flow regulation. In the initial state, the normally open valve remains open when there is no control signal, while the normally closed valve is in a closed state. When the air source or manual operation acts on the valve, the piston drives the valve stem to move up or down, causing the seal to separate or fit with the valve seat, thereby opening or closing the fluid channel. Due to its 45° inclined flow channel design, it can reduce fluid resistance, increase flow rate, and effectively prevent liquid retention when opened.
