Stainless Steel Sanitary Butterfly Valve is consist of four parts: handle, butterfly disc, sealing ring and valve flange. The butterfly valve can be controlled manually or with pneumatic actuator or electrical actuators.
Not only simple in structure, low in material consumption, small in installation size, small in driving torque, easy and fast in operation, but also has good flow regulation function and closing and sealing characteristics at the same time.
The stainless steel flange type manual DN100 milk water butterfly valve works by rotating a circular disc mounted on a shaft inside the valve body. When the hand lever or handwheel is turned, the disc rotates 90 degrees. In the open position, the disc aligns with the flow direction, allowing milk or water to pass smoothly with low pressure loss. When closed, the disc turns perpendicular to the flow and presses evenly against the valve seat, forming a tight seal to prevent leakage. The flanged connection ensures stable installation and good alignment. Stainless steel construction provides hygiene, corrosion resistance, and suitability for food, dairy, and water processing systems.
