Working principle

The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary 360-degree tank rotating cleaning spray head relies on the combination of fluid dynamic rotation and high-pressure water jet cleaning. When high-pressure water flows into the spray head, it drives the internal gear or vane structure (such as bevel gear components) to rotate, enabling the spray head to achieve 360-degree rotation. Meanwhile, the multiple nozzles eject high-pressure water with strong impact force, which can cover every corner inside the tank as the spray head rotates. The high-pressure water jet removes residual materials and stains from the tank wall through impact and stripping, thus realizing efficient and dead-corner-free cleaning, which meets the strict sanitary requirements of industries like food and pharmaceutical.
