Working Principles

During operation, the Bitumen Emulsion Homogenizer Industrial Colloid Mill uses a motor-driven rotor that rotates at high speed, creating a very small gap between the rotor and stator. Asphalt, water, and emulsifier enter the grinding zone and are rapidly refined under intense shearing, friction, and centrifugal forces. The material repeatedly passes through the rotor-stator gap, achieving particle crushing and uniform dispersion, while simultaneously completing the emulsification process.
