Working Principles

The High-Capacity Chilli Paste Grinding Colloid Mill operates by creating a tiny gap between a high-speed rotating moving grinding disc and a stationary grinding disc. Upon entering the grinding chamber, chili peppers and other ingredients are subjected to intense shearing, friction, and compression, resulting in rapid pulverization and emulsification. The material repeatedly passes through the gap between the grinding discs in a continuous cycle, gradually refining and evenly dispersing the particles to form a viscous, uniform, and smooth-textured chili paste. The grinding disc gap and rotation speed are adjustable to control the fineness and rheological properties of the finished product, making it suitable for high-volume continuous production and industrial processing.
