STAINLESS STEEL Aluminum Groove Type Demco Gearbox Butterfly Valve
The Stainless Steel Sanitary Pneumatic Split Rotary Butterfly Valve is an automated valve designed for hygienic flow control. Its split rotary disc allows precise modulation, while the pneumatic actuator enables fast, reliable operation in food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology processing systems
Working Principles

The Demco gearbox butterfly valve, featuring a grooved design on stainless steel and aluminum alloy, opens and closes pipeline media by pneumatically or manually rotating the valve stem. The gearbox amplifies the operating torque, allowing the butterfly plate to easily open and close within the pipeline. When opening, the butterfly plate rotates away from the valve seat, allowing for smooth media flow; when closing, the butterfly plate presses against the valve seat, achieving a reliable seal and preventing media leakage. The butterfly plate can be designed eccentrically or standardly to reduce friction and wear, extending service life. The grooved valve body facilitates quick installation and disassembly, making it suitable for automated control and frequent opening/closing conditions in water, gas, steam, and chemical liquid pipelines.
