Pneumatic butterfly valve is consist of manual butterfly valve and a pneumatic actuator . The valve is consist of four parts: handle, butterfly disc, sealing ring and valve flange.

The pneumatic butterfly valve is controlled by compressed air through an aluminum piston or stainless steel piston . The piston controls the disc to work at 90 degree to open or close the valve. Pneumatic actuators can be disassembled and serviced. The pneumatic actuator has large torque and is easy to install and operate.
Working Principles
The stainless steel electric lug DN25 butterfly valve operates by using an electric actuator to drive the valve stem and rotate the disc inside the valve body. When the actuator receives an electrical signal, it converts electrical energy into mechanical motion, turning the disc to the open or closed position. In the open state, the disc aligns with the flow direction, allowing fluid to pass with minimal resistance. When closing, the disc rotates to press against the valve seat, forming a tight seal to prevent leakage. The lug-type body provides secure pipeline installation, while the DN25 size allows precise flow control in compact piping systems.
