STAINLESS STEEL Solenoid Diaphragm Keystone Transformer Butterfly Valve
Keystone stainless steel electromagnetic diaphragm transformer butterfly valves are available in normally open, normally closed, pneumatic, and electric control types, with diameters ranging from DN15 to DN200. The valve body is made of 304/316 stainless steel, with PTFE or rubber seals, ensuring reliable sealing and fast response. They are suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical liquid pipelines.
Working Principles

Keystone's stainless steel electromagnetic diaphragm butterfly valve automatically opens and closes pipeline media through an electromagnetic coil and diaphragm mechanism. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the magnetic force pushes the diaphragm upward or drives the valve stem to rotate the butterfly plate, opening the valve and allowing smooth media flow. When de-energized, a spring or reset mechanism pushes the diaphragm back to its original position or the butterfly plate closes, with the valve plate pressing against the valve seat to form a seal and prevent media leakage. The valve body features a sanitary design, and the sealing material can be selected from PTFE or rubber, ensuring corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. It is suitable for automated control and remote operating systems of food, pharmaceutical, and chemical liquid pipelines.
