Stainless Steel Sanitary Butterfly Valve is consist of four parts: handle, butterfly disc, sealing ring and valve flange. The butterfly valve can be controlled manually or with pneumatic actuator or electrical actuators.Not only simple in structure, low in material consumption, small in installation size, small in driving torque, easy and fast in operation, but also has good flow regulation function and closing and sealing characteristics at the same time.

The stainless steel triple offset lug 316L actuator butterfly valve operates through a disc engineered with three offset geometries between the shaft, disc, and sealing surface. When the actuator drives the shaft, the disc rotates away from the seat without rubbing contact, minimizing friction and wear. During closing, the disc moves into precise alignment with the seat and forms a tight seal only at the final position. The 316L stainless steel body provides excellent corrosion resistance and strength. The lug-type connection allows secure mounting between flanges, while the actuator enables automated, accurate, and repeatable valve operation in demanding process systems.
