Working Principles
The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary welded manual butterfly valve with a lever handle is to manually control the position of the lever handle to drive the valve stem to rotate, thereby driving the valve plate to rotate around the central axis to achieve the switch or regulation of the fluid in the pipeline. The specific steps are: the operator manually pushes or pulls the lever handle, the lever drives the rotating mechanism inside the butterfly valve, and the valve plate gradually rotates from a position parallel to the pipeline to a vertical position, or gradually rotates back from a vertical position to a parallel position. When the valve plate is parallel to the pipeline, the pipeline is fully open and the fluid passes smoothly; when the valve plate is perpendicular to the pipeline, the valve is closed to prevent the flow of fluid.
