The stainless steel clamp sanitary DN25 PTFE butterfly valve operates by rotating a circular disc mounted on a central shaft inside the valve body. When the handle or actuator turns the shaft, the disc rotates 90 degrees to open or close the flow path. In the open position, the disc aligns parallel to the flow, allowing smooth and low-resistance passage of fluid. When closing, the disc presses evenly against the PTFE seat, forming a tight and reliable seal. The clamp sanitary connection ensures quick installation and easy removal for cleaning, making the valve suitable for hygienic process applications.
