Stainless Steel Sanitary Butterfly Valve is consist of four parts: handle, butterfly disc, sealing ring and valve flange. The butterfly valve can be controlled manually or with pneumatic actuator or electrical actuators.Not only simple in structure, low in material consumption, small in installation size, small in driving torque, easy and fast in operation, but also has good flow regulation function and closing and sealing characteristics at the same time.
This stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm actuated powder anti-mixing butterfly valve uses compressed air as its power source. When compressed air is supplied to the diaphragm actuator, it pushes the internal diaphragm to move, which then drives the valve stem and the connected butterfly disc to rotate. This rotational motion opens or closes the valve’s flow passage to control powder conveying. Equipped with a specialized anti-mixing structure, it effectively prevents cross-contamination and mixing of different powder media during pipeline switching, maintaining material purity. The stainless steel body ensures corrosion resistance, while the diaphragm actuator delivers stable, rapid and reliable actuation, making it suitable for automated powder handling and conveying systems.
