STAINLESS STEEL Wafer Style JIS Rubber Seat Ring Butterfly Valve
JIS stainless steel wafer type rubber-sealed butterfly valves are available in manual, electric, and pneumatic models, with diameters ranging from DN15 to DN300. The valve body is made of 304/316 stainless steel, and the rubber sealing rings are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and provide reliable sealing. They are flexible in operation and suitable for liquid pipeline control.
Working Principles
The butterfly disk is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. When the butterfly valve in the pipeline, the disk rotates around the axis line, and the rotation angle range is between 0-90 degree. When the valve does not rotate at 0 degree, the valve disk is closed. When the valve rotates to 90 degree, the valve disk is opened absolutely.
