Working Principles

The working principle of the stainless steel sanitary quick-install duckbill butterfly valve is based on the rotary opening and closing mechanism of the butterfly plate, and the opening, regulation and closing of the fluid are controlled by manual or pneumatic actuators. When the valve is opened, the butterfly plate rotates along the valve shaft, and the duckbill outlet ensures smooth discharge of the fluid, reduces liquid residue, and avoids pollution; when the valve is partially opened, the butterfly plate is at the middle angle, and the flow rate can be adjusted to meet different process requirements; when the valve is closed, the butterfly plate is close to the valve seat sealing surface to achieve strict sealing and prevent medium leakage.
