The stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter is a high-efficiency filtration equipment designed for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. The stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter is designed to efficiently remove metal impurities and contaminants from the fluid to ensure the purity of the fluid and the safety of the product. It absorbs magnetic impurities such as metal particles through a strong magnetic filter element to prevent these impurities from damaging pipes, equipment, pumps, valves, etc., while meeting sanitary standards and meeting the sanitary requirements of fluid processing in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. Working Principles
The stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter works through its built-in strong magnetic filter element. The liquid flows through the water inlet of the filter and enters the filter chamber. When passing through the magnetic filter element, the magnetic material is adsorbed by the strong magnetic field and captured and filtered out. The magnetic filter element is made of high-performance permanent magnetic material and can effectively adsorb pollutants such as metal particles in the fluid. When cleaning, the magnetic core can be removed and cleaned to maintain the high efficiency and long-term stability of the filter.
The options of the stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter include: manual operation, pneumatic operation, electric operation, with magnetic adjustment function, automatic sewage discharge function, heating function, and with sensor.

Features
● The outer shell of the stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter is usually made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature resistance.
● The stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter uses a strong magnetic filter element (such as rare earth permanent magnet material), which can effectively absorb tiny metal particles in the fluid.
● The filter element of the stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter can be cleaned and is equipped with a detachable design for easy cleaning and replacement of the filter element.
● The internal flow channel design of the stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter is optimized to ensure that the flow rate of the fluid is uniform when passing through the filter element, avoiding the decrease in filtration efficiency due to too fast or too slow flow rate.
● The stainless steel sanitary magnetic filter is equipped with an automatic slag discharge function. When the metal particles in the filter accumulate to a certain extent, it can be automatically cleaned to reduce manual intervention.
