STAINLESS STEEL 317 Brand Wireless BPT 13 Thermo Steam Trap
steam trap are available in threaded and flanged types, with various sizes and pressure ratings. They are high-temperature and corrosion-resistant, offer sensitive opening and closing, and provide stable drainage, making them suitable for steam systems.
Working Principles

This steam trap utilizes an inverted tank structure and steam pressure difference to achieve automatic drainage. When condensate enters the valve body, the inverted tank sinks, the valve opens, and the condensate and air are discharged from the pipes. When steam reaches the valve body, the high-speed steam creates pressure below the tank, causing the tank to rise and close the valve, preventing steam leakage. The valve continuously opens and closes in a cycle, achieving efficient drainage. A built-in wireless monitoring module can collect data such as temperature and valve opening/closing status in real time, transmitting this data wirelessly to the control system for operational monitoring and preventative maintenance, improving system safety and energy efficiency.
