SS304/SS316L sanitary-grade thermostatic balanced pressure disc type steam traps are available in threaded and flanged types, with various sizes and pressure ratings. They are high-temperature and corrosion-resistant, offer sensitive opening and closing, and provide stable drainage, making them suitable for steam systems.

The SS304/SS316L sanitary thermostatic disc steam trap operates automatically by utilizing the temperature and pressure difference between steam and condensate. Upon startup, condensate and air enter the valve, lifting the disc and allowing the condensate to be quickly discharged. When high-temperature steam enters, a higher pressure is created in the valve cover control chamber, pressing the disc against the valve seat and quickly closing the valve to prevent steam leakage. As the steam inside the valve cools and the pressure drops, the pressure in the control chamber is released, the disc opens again, and new condensate is discharged. This cyclical process ensures efficient condensate removal and energy-saving operation, making it suitable for continuous or intermittent steam systems.

Made from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, the steam trap offers excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic performance, ensuring long service life and stable operation in sanitary steam systems with frequent cleaning and sterilization requirements.
The thermal balanced pressure disc mechanism automatically adjusts opening and closing based on temperature and pressure changes, providing efficient condensate discharge while minimizing live steam loss during variable load and start-up conditions.
Compact sanitary design with smooth internal surfaces reduces dirt accumulation and bacterial growth, making the steam trap suitable for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology processes requiring strict cleanliness control.
High-temperature and high-pressure tolerance allows reliable operation under demanding steam conditions, ensuring rapid response, strong sealing performance, and consistent condensate removal even during sudden pressure fluctuations.
Simple internal structure with minimal moving parts reduces maintenance frequency, improves operational reliability, and lowers lifecycle costs, making it an economical and dependable solution for sanitary steam and condensate management systems

SS304/SS316L sanitary-grade TLV thermostatic pressure-balanced disc-type steam traps are widely used in the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and fine chemical industries. For example, in pasteurization systems, CIP/SIP pipelines, steam-heated jacketed tanks, and aseptic production lines, they reliably remove condensate, prevent steam accumulation, and ensure efficient equipment heating and process stability.
