steam trap are available in threaded and flanged types, with various sizes and pressure ratings. They are high-temperature and corrosion-resistant, offer sensitive opening and closing, and provide stable drainage, making them suitable for steam systems.

steam trap operates automatically by utilizing the temperature and pressure difference between steam and condensate. Upon startup, condensate and air enter the valve, lifting the disc and allowing the condensate to be quickly discharged. When high-temperature steam enters, a higher pressure is created in the valve cover control chamber, pressing the disc against the valve seat and quickly closing the valve to prevent steam leakage. As the steam inside the valve cools and the pressure drops, the pressure in the control chamber is released, the disc opens again, and new condensate is discharged. This cyclical process ensures efficient condensate removal and energy-saving operation, making it suitable for continuous or intermittent steam systems.

Maintains stable condensate discharge by combining a float mechanism with balanced pressure thermostatic control, ensuring efficient drainage under fluctuating steam loads and varying operating pressures.
Sanitary SS304 construction provides excellent corrosion resistance, smooth internal surfaces, and compliance with hygienic standards, making it suitable for clean steam and sterile processing environments.
Automatically vents air and non-condensable gases during start-up and operation, improving heat transfer efficiency and preventing air binding in steam systems.
Designed for continuous condensate removal without steam loss, reducing energy consumption while maintaining consistent steam temperature and process reliability.
Compact structure allows easy installation and maintenance in confined sanitary pipelines, supporting CIP and SIP systems with reliable long-term performance

steam trap are widely used in the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and fine chemical industries. For example, in pasteurization systems, CIP/SIP pipelines, steam-heated jacketed tanks, and aseptic production lines, they reliably remove condensate, prevent steam accumulation, and ensure efficient equipment heating and process stability.
