STAINLESS STEEL Spirax Sarco Thermostatic Repair Steam Trap
steam trap are available in threaded and flanged types, with various sizes and pressure ratings. They are high-temperature and corrosion-resistant, offer sensitive opening and closing, and provide stable drainage, making them suitable for steam systems.
Working Principles

This steam trap utilizes the coordinated operation of a float and a thermostatic element. When condensate enters the valve body, the rising liquid level causes the float to open the valve port, continuously discharging the condensate. When steam enters, the thermostatic element expands due to temperature changes, closing the valve port to prevent steam leakage. Under superheated or high-temperature conditions, the valve automatically adjusts its opening and closing states to achieve efficient separation of steam and condensate, ensuring stable system operation and reducing energy consumption.
